i'm a musican who travels a lot, so i know how annoying it is to go to a new city on tour and try to find decent food in a short amount of time. there are a lot of sites out there that list vegan restaurants, but very few of them have actual reviews and often the best vegan food is at restaurants that aren't devoted to vegan food, which are usually left off the vegan lists.

i had a conversation with jen years ago about chicago restaurants that served vegan food but weren't all-vegan or all-vegetarian and she made vegan in chicago, so i basically just want to expand this list to cities i've visited. i don't want it to be anywhere near an exhaustive list of vegan restaurants, just recommendations for places to eat when you're in unfamliar cities on tour (since 90% of promoters are clueless about this sort of thing) or just traveling and looking for something quick.
