2008.10.20.1614 :: fuck it all, we're going to six bars

i was walking around union square today and noticed all of the ads about cell phones and how great coverage is with this company or that one. i think it'd be really awesome if one of the companies pulled a spinal tap and started having all of their phones go to six bars. that'd be an awesome commercial-- some dude in a cell phone store explaining to a prospective customer:

our phones all go to six bars... look, right across the board... six, six, six and...
oh, i see. and most phones go to five?
exactly.
does that mean the reception is better. is it any better?
well it's one better, isn't it? it's not five.
