2005.11.30.1125 :: get ribs or die tryin'



last night we did a themed movie night. we started off at honey 1, eating possibly the best ribs in chicago, then headed across the street to the tap room for some $1 beers to kill time until the $5 showing of get rich or die tryin'.

i at least expected to be entertained by the movie, but jesus christ did it blow. it was about an hour longer than it needed to be and had about two too many dude shower scenes. actually, i take that back-- the shower scenes were probably about the most entertaining thing in the movie.

anyway, this whole post is pretty pointless and was actually just an excuse for me to show off my sweet-ass flyer. haha. oh, and to mention that i'm doing my best to actually actively update my chicago event lister.
