christmas music has to be one of the greatest atrocities ever committed against humanity. ugh. i know it's cliche to bitch about holiday music during the holidays, but seriously. i used to be ok with it, but i swear some people start playing it before halloween.

i have no problem with people enjoying the holidays, but it seems like most of the time it's just an excuse for crazy cat ladies to bust out their puff paint sweaters and not get mocked for once. also, i really hate when teenagers wear santa hats. it always reminds me of when people wear pajamas to school during finals... a little too zany.

i hate zany.

so i'm listening to bun-b and some new grime and dubstep mixes to get the bing crosby out of my head. thank god i haven't heard a christmas grime song... yet.

oh, and speaking of bun-b, there's a good sasha frere-jones article about h-town in the new yorker. and speaking of h-town, check out this "still tippin" remake by a bunch of white hicks with no flow, it's hilarious.
