2005.09.26.1632 :: a history of violence

even though i still see at least about three a week, i haven't written about a film in a while. this may be mostly out of laziness, but it's probably because i really haven't seen anything mindblowing in a while.

having said that, everybody needs to see a history of violence, the new film from david cronenberg. it's in some ways a departure for cronenberg, but still very much sticks to his overall theme and feel. and viggo morgenstern is absolutely amazing in it.

i feel it's hard to really describe the movie without giving too much away, but just trust me that you need to see it.
